More than 70000 patients visit CENUM every year and facilitated by variety of tests ranging from Scintigraphy, Breast & Thyroid Clinic, Bone densitometry, X-rays, Ultrasonography, Radioimmunoassay & Biochemical profiles. CENUM has been providing teaching and training facilities in the field of Nuclear Medicine and Radiology. The staff of CENUM includes qualified Nuclear Physicians, Radiologists, Medical Physics, Engineers & experienced Technologists. Since 1963, Centre for Nuclear Medicine (CENUM) located in the heart of Lahore and surrounded by busy commercial and thickly populated residential areas with famous Anarkali Bazaar, Nila Gumbad, Gawalmandi and the Walled City of Old Lahore around it, is serving ailing humanity . Its quality standard is reflected by ISO certification under 9001:2015 standard.
How we started
CENUM is the second oldest of the 20 Nuclear Medical Centers run by the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC). It started functioning in 1963 and has been providing Nuclear Medicine, Radiology and Clinical Laboratory services to the patients since its inception.
